A complete, actionable job search plan including recruiter and talent acquisition contacts specific to your industry. You'll know exactly who to approach, how, and in what order.

Interview preparation
How Australian interviews actually work, what employers are really asking beneath the surface, and how to answer confidently - including salary negotiation.

Six weeks of accountability
Regular check-in calls with Leigh across the six weeks so you stay on track, adjust the strategy as things develop, and have someone in your corner who knows what's happening at every stage.

Hi there! I'm Leigh,

Like many of you, I made the move Down Under- so I know the challenges of building a career in a new country. My background spans corporate leadership roles in marketing and general management, followed by over 13 years in Australian recruitment, where I led a division at one of the world’s top multinational firms. Alongside this, I’ve coached and lectured professionals to sharpen their skills and succeed in competitive markets.

Today, I combine this experience to deliver practical, results-focused guidance that helps international job seekers stand out to recruiters, impress employers, and land roles in Australia.
