Hi there! I'm Leigh,
Like many of you, I made the move Down Under- so I know the challenges of building a career in a new country. My background spans corporate leadership roles in marketing and general management, followed by over 13 years in Australian recruitment, where I led a division at one of the world’s top multinational firms. Alongside this, I’ve coached and lectured professionals to sharpen their skills and succeed in competitive markets.
Today, I combine this experience to deliver practical, results-focused guidance that helps international job seekers stand out to recruiters, impress employers, and land roles in Australia.

They also act as accountability points. You’re expected to make progress between sessions, and we use the time together to review, adjust and move to the next step.
